These terms apply to every dumpster rental provided by Homerun Hauling, LLC. Booking a container, in person, by phone, or online, means you accept them on behalf of yourself and anyone using the container.
Rental periods begin on the day of delivery and run for the term you booked (typically 3, 7, or 14 days). If you need the container longer, call us before the pickup date and we will quote an extension. Containers kept past the agreed term without notice are billed additional daily rent.
You are responsible for providing a clear, level, accessible spot with enough room for our truck, and for confirming that placement is permitted by your HOA, landlord, or locality. Any required street or right-of-way permit is the customer's responsibility.
Roll-off trucks and loaded containers are heavy. We are not responsible for cracks, tire marks, or other damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, lawns, sprinklers, or underground utilities and septic systems in the delivery path. Ask us about plywood under the rails if you have concerns.
If the site is blocked, unsafe, or a vehicle prevents delivery or pickup, a dry run/trip fee may apply.
Load debris level with the top rails — we cannot legally haul an overloaded or heaped container. Distribute weight evenly and keep the doors clear. Do not move or relocate the container yourself.
Nothing may extend above the container walls. If we arrive and the load is over-filled, you may be asked to remove material before we haul, and a return trip fee may apply.
Each size includes a set weight allowance (for example 2 tons on a 20-yard). Loads over the included tonnage are billed per additional ton at the rate quoted at booking, based on certified landfill scale tickets.
Heavy material such as concrete, brick, dirt, and shingles must go in the 7-yard concrete/debris can as a clean, single-material load.
The following may not be placed in our containers: paint, oils, fuels, solvents, and other hazardous waste; asbestos; batteries; tires; propane tanks and pressurized cylinders; refrigerators or appliances containing freon; medical or biohazard waste; railroad ties; wet paint; and any material prohibited by state or local regulation.
If prohibited items are found in the load, you are responsible for all additional handling, disposal, fines, and cleanup costs.
Payment is due as arranged at booking. Overage tonnage, extended rent, trip fees, and contamination charges are billed after service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs.
Let us know as early as possible if plans change. Cancellations made before the truck is dispatched are free; a trip fee may apply once the container is en route.
You assume responsibility for the container and its contents from delivery until pickup, including damage, theft, unauthorized use, and injuries occurring at the site. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your booking governs that rental.
