What Size Dumpster Do I Need?

Choosing a dumpster size is the single biggest factor in what your project costs. Order too small and you pay for a second haul. Order too big and you pay for space you never fill.

The 7-yard heavy box is built for dirt, concrete, brick, block and roofing shingles. Heavy material fills a container by weight long before it fills it by volume, so a small box with a solid weight allowance is the right call.

A 10-yard is right for a single-room remodel, a garage cleanout or a small bathroom tear-out. A 15-yard handles a couple of rooms, decking or a mid-size cleanout.

The 20-yard is our sweet spot. It swallows whole-house cleanouts, kitchen remodels, flooring, furniture and mixed construction debris while still fitting in most driveways.

Reach for a 30-yard on new construction, large additions, commercial turnovers or anything with bulky, light material like siding, cabinetry and framing lumber.

Not sure? Call us and describe the pile. We would rather spend two minutes on the phone than see you pay for the wrong container.
